为了既降低锡耗,又满足印铁制罐及食品包装的使用要求,差厚镀锡板是较为理想的产品。武汉钢铁公司在国内首次试制了D_1、D_3两个品种的差厚镀锡板,为国内填补了此项镀层板产品空白。本试验以国外差厚镀锡板为对比板,系统地研究了武钢差厚镀锡板的性能及应用效果,对该产品质量进行了较全面评价。由于差厚板与等厚板的根本区别是两面镀锡量不同,所以差厚板镀层质量的优劣,将直接影响其在工业制罐与食品包装材料等领域中的应用。本试验从镀锡量的分布,产品的耐蚀性能,表面性能和锡焊
