Science education refers to the general carrier of using natural science knowledge, skills and methods as a basic carrier and organizing students’ scientific and cultural accomplishments in an organized and planned manner. Complete science education includes knowledge transfer, experiment operation and cultivation of scientific methods. Although we have changed the concept of the curriculum through the reform of the new curriculum, provided the equipment and facilities, and improved the standard of teaching staff, there is no doubt that science education generally hovers at the level of knowledge education. Where does the problem of science education under the new curriculum happen? The author analyzes the following aspects of China’s science education lagging behind through cultural background, social system and system philosophy
