我厂在加工C2640·8立式八轴车床床身M660×3螺纹时,由于该零件体积大、笨重,只能在C534立式车床上加工,但C534立车上不能加工螺纹。为此,我们设计了加工螺纹的专用附加装置,在C534立车上安装使用,解决了立车不能加工螺纹的困难。在不必拆卸原机床的前提下,扩大了立车的使用范围,不需要时不必把本装置拆下,也不会影响立车的其他使用。三年多来,实践证明使用方便、效果良好、加工螺纹精度完全符合设计要求。一、原理由于C534立车的进给箱中有电磁离合器和差动装置(如图1所示),故不能严格控制刀架送刀和主传动(工作台转速)保持一定的速比。同时,由于电气上
