试验表明:圆形活塞原理(即Wankel转子)不适用于机械真空泵的结构。经过对各种类型园形活塞设计的研究,最后确定研制余摆线泵。这种泵具有超余摆线(hyptyohoid)形状的转动活塞。由这种方式构成的泵其抽速可达400~630米~3/小时。第一批产品已在冶金工业、化学工业以及真空食品包装等工业部门试用。目前正在建立生产线。而抽气量高达2000米~3/小时的大容量系也在设计和制造中。余摆线泵总的特点是动平衡好,因而噪音低,尺寸也比其它具有同样抽气量的泵小,另外还具备启动快、不用齿轮和皮带传动、泵体无漏气以及贮油容量大等优点。
