脑胶质瘤光动力学治疗方法及疗效观察

目的 利用光敏素对43例脑胶质瘤患者进行激光光动力学治疗,观察治疗效果。方法 脑胶质瘤切除术前24h内,静脉滴注光敏素。术中行肿瘤根治术或尽量切除肿瘤组织,并于术中行手术残腔内激光照射、留置光纤,术后24h通过光纤再次行激光照射治疗。结果 随访5~48个月,影像学CT和(或)MRI证实无瘤生存22例,肿瘤复发18例,死亡3例。无术后持久神经功能缺失。结论 在脑胶质瘤患者中采用光敏素激光光动力学治疗能明显延长患者无瘤生存期,是治疗恶性脑胶质瘤的有效方法。
