运用MTT比色实验测定细胞增生能力,通过球体细胞培养、细胞生长曲线的测定以及细胞形态结构的观察,研究抗癌药莪棱舌草Ⅰ号对人肝癌细胞(7721细胞)的抑制作用。结果:莪棱舌草Ⅰ号使7721细胞的增生能力明显下降(抑制率高达70%以上),细胞球体明显减小甚至解体,细胞形态明显改变。这种抑制作用可能是莪棱舌草Ⅰ号对肝癌细胞产生杀伤作用的机制之一。
Cell proliferation was measured by MTT colorimetric assay. The inhibitory effect of the anticancer drug Curcuma Ⅰ on human hepatocellular carcinoma cells (7721 cells) was studied by measuring the cell growth curve, cell growth curve and cell morphological structure. Results: The mycelium of Agkistrodon acutus decreased the proliferative capacity of 7721 cells significantly (the inhibition rate was over 70%), the spheres of cells were obviously reduced or even disintegrated, and the morphology of cells was obviously changed. This inhibitory effect may be one of the mechanisms responsible for the killing of hepatocarcinoma cells by Argonum I.
