对于氟化镧(LaF3)对酚醛-环氧粘结的二硫化钠(MoS2)干膜性能的影响进行了考察,并着重应用表面分析工具对其作用机理进行了研究。结果表明,与不含LaF3的干膜相比,当含有适量LaF3时,干膜的耐磨寿命明显增加。在摩擦过程中,LaF3减少了干腔中MoS2的氧化趋势。
The effect of lanthanum fluoride (LaF3) on the dry film properties of phenolic-epoxy bonded sodium disulfide (MoS2) was investigated. The mechanism of action of LaF3 on surface properties of MoS2 was also investigated. The results showed that the wear resistance of dry film was significantly increased when LaF3 was added as compared with the dry film without LaF3. LaF3 reduces the tendency of MoS2 oxidation in the dry cavity during the rubbing process.
