在我国的教育体系中高职院校一直占据着较为重要的位置,肩负着为社会培养实用性人才。近几年,我国的教育事业飞速发展,各项相关教育政策的改革都预示着我国教育部门对高职院校的发展重视程度的增加。正是因为如此,如何构建更加有竞争力的师资力量、如何使教学团队更为合理化。这些都成为我们需要思考的问题。本文以高职校会计专业为例,对以上问题进行分析,希望能以此从整体上促进高职会计教学核心竞争力的提高。
In our country’s education system, higher vocational colleges have occupied a more important position, shouldering the cultivation of practical talents for the society. In recent years, with the rapid development of education in our country, the reform of all relevant education policies indicates that the education sector of our country places more emphasis on the development of higher vocational colleges. It is for this reason that how to build a more competitive faculty and how to make the teaching team more rationalized. These are all issues that we need to think about. This article takes accounting profession of high vocational school as an example to analyze the above problems, hoping to improve the core competence of accounting teaching in higher vocational education on the whole.
