为了更好地利用区域结构函数评价大口径反射镜表面面形,引入了Randon变换作为区域结构函数坍陷的工具。对于使用Randon变换进行区域结构函数坍陷的具体实现方法进行了讨论;之后考虑到Zernike多项式可以很好地模拟系统的低阶波像差,故利用此方法对于Zernike多项式的区域结构函数进行坍陷;然后将此方法应用于米级口径的反射镜表面面形检测数据以及30m望远镜(TMT)三镜面形仿真数据,验证了理论的正确性与方法的可行性。对于大口径反射系统的设计、检测与加工都有较好的指导意义,同时为30m望远镜三镜项目的最终完成提供助力。
In order to make better use of the regional structure function to evaluate the surface profile of the large aperture mirror, a Randon transform was introduced as a tool for the collapse of the region structure function. The method of Randon transform for the collapse of the region structure function is discussed. Then Zernike polynomial is used to simulate the low-order wave aberration of the system well, so this method is used to collapse the Zernike region structure function. Then, The method is applied to the detection data of the surface of the rice-level reflector and the three-mirror simulation data of the 30m telescope (TMT) to verify the correctness of the theory and the feasibility of the method. For the large-diameter reflection system design, testing and processing have a good guide, at the same time for the final 30m telescope three mirror project to provide assistance.
