近几年,随着农村经济体制改革中分工分业的发展,我国乡村已有三分之一左右的劳动力从土地上脫离出来,转移到乡鎮企业等经济部门。农村劳力的转移,首先是青年劳力的转移。在全国5208万乡鎮企业职工中青年占70%。他们在乡鎮企业处于主体地位,是生产上的主力军。因此,研究乡鎮企业青年的特点,掌握乡鎮企业青年的思想变化情况。对于充分发挥他们在农村经济建设中的作用,培养他们成为有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的一代新人,具有十分重要的意义。
