课堂转型的根本是教师备课理念,亦即教师备课是为了自身的“教”还是为了学生的“学”。理念不同,备课思路各异,课堂实施便迥然有别。因而,促进课堂转型,追求契合课程理念的高效课堂,仅仅研究课堂本身,尚未抓住根本,必须转换思维、立足源头,从转变教师的备课理念开始。我认为,为每一个学生的学习而设计的备课,才是符合课改精神的备课,才是课堂转型的根本。但要实施为每一个学生的学习而设计的备课,必须澄清三个方面的认识:一、备课是为学生,不是为教师
The fundamental lesson of classroom transformation is the concept of teacher preparation. That is, teachers prepare lessons for their own “teaching” or for students’ “learning”. Different ideas, different preparation ideas, classroom implementation will be very different. Therefore, the promotion of classroom transformation, the pursuit of effective classrooms that fit the concept of the curriculum, only to study the classroom itself, has not yet grasped the fundamental, must change their thinking, based on the source, from the beginning of changing the teacher’s concept of preparing lessons. In my opinion, preparing lessons for each student’s learning is the lesson preparation that is in line with the spirit of curriculum reform. It is the fundamental of classroom transformation. However, to prepare lessons for each student’s learning, it is necessary to clarify three aspects of understanding: First, prepare lessons for students, not for teachers.
