选取陕西彬长胡家河煤矿,应用锚杆无损检测仪对井下锚杆、锚索锚固质量进行了检测。从抽检的48根锚杆(索)检测结果来看:大部分锚固长度为正常水平,少数存在锚固长度偏小或不足现象;锚固状态为优的锚杆(索)占总抽检测数的43.75%,良好占总抽检测数的39.58%,不合格占总抽检测数的16.67%,未出现断裂现象;巷道总体支护状态为良的占总抽检数的20.83%,合格占总抽检测数的68.75%,不合格占总抽检测数的6.25%。
The Hujialu Coal Mine in Binchang, Shaanxi Province was selected, and the anchor bolt and anchor cable anchorage quality was tested by using the anchor nondestructive testing instrument. According to the testing results of the 48 anchor rods (cables), most of the anchoring lengths are normal, with a few of them being too small or insufficient in anchorage length. The anchor with good anchoring status accounts for 43.75 %, Good accounted for 39.58% of the total sampling number, unqualified 16.67% of the total sampling number, did not appear the phenomenon of fracture; the overall roadway support status of the total sampling number of 20.83% Of the 68.75%, failed to take the total number of sampling 6.25%.
