目的 探讨三维彩色能量造影(3DCPA) 在原发性肝癌(PHC) 诊断应用中的价值。方法 对18 例PHC进行3DCPA 检查。结果 PHC的3DCPA瘤体血流灌注呈球形网状结构,较易确定瘤体的空间位置关系、血供来源及与周围肝组织的关系。结论 PHC 的3DCPA有助于了解瘤体的血流灌注状态和瘤周的血流归属关系,有助于肿瘤的鉴别诊断,并有助于疗效的评估。
Objective To investigate the value of three-dimensional color radiography (3DCPA) in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer (PHC). Methods 3DCPA was performed on 18 cases of PHC. Results The blood perfusion of 3DCPA in PHC showed a spherical reticular formation. It was easier to determine the spatial location of the tumor, the source of blood supply and the relationship with the surrounding liver tissue. Conclusion The 3DCPA of PHC can help to understand the blood perfusion state of the tumor and the relationship of blood flow around the tumor, which contributes to the differential diagnosis of the tumor and contributes to the evaluation of the therapeutic effect.
