对氩弧熔敷耐磨覆层材料的主要成分进行了正交设计,并用氩弧为热源制作了覆层试样。在泥沙磨损试验机上进行了覆层试样的磨损试验。结果表明:碳和铬对覆层耐磨性的影响显著,钼和稀土硅对覆层耐磨性的影响不显著。覆层耐磨性的最优方案为:3.0%C,27%Cr,1.0%Mo,1.0%RESi,其耐磨性达到标样45钢的6.37倍。磨损表面形貌分析表明,在泥沙磨损条件下,45钢试样的磨损机理主要是显微切削和反复塑性变形脱落;氩弧熔敷耐磨覆层试样的磨损机理主要是基体组织的显微切削和高硬度碳化物质点的脱落。
The main components of argon arc cladding wear-resistant coating materials were orthogonal design, and the argon arc as a heat source coating samples were made. The abrasion test of the coated samples was carried out on the sand abrasion testing machine. The results show that the effect of carbon and chromium on the wear resistance of the coating is significant. The effect of molybdenum and rare earth silicon on the wear resistance of the coating is not significant. The best solution of the wear resistance of the coating is 3.0% C, 27% Cr, 1.0% Mo and 1.0% RESi, whose wear resistance reaches 6.37 times that of the standard 45 steel. Wear surface morphology analysis shows that under the condition of sediment wear, the wear mechanism of 45 steel sample is mainly micro-cutting and repeated plastic deformation off; wear-resistant mechanism of argon arc cladding wear-resistant coating sample is mainly the matrix structure Micro-cutting and high-hardness carbide particles off.
