2006年中国旅游宣传主题为“中国乡村游”,“到乡下去”将会成为新一轮的旅游热潮。与此同时,国际社会把和平与安全、全球可持续发展作为人类生活同样重要的课题,全国都在建设节约型社会与环境友好型社会,国家旅游局与国家环保局越来越多的共同合作,旅游业的选择更加明确:要返朴归真,不要华丽无当;要与环境共赢,不要急功近利;要生态旅游,不要破坏型旅游。在新的形势下,如何取得环境与旅游的共赢,如何用旅游产业促进农村建设,如何用市场机制解决三农问题等都是旅游业界需要考虑的。本刊特别访问了在世界各地有着成功经验的美国大自然保护协会,通过他们在中国的几个案例,为大家提供参考。
In 2006, the theme of China’s tourism promotion is “China’s rural tourism” and “going to the countryside” will become the new round of travel craze. At the same time, the international community has taken peace and security and global sustainable development as equally important topics in human life. All over the country are building a conservation-oriented society and an environment-friendly society. More and more cooperation between the National Tourism Administration and the State Environmental Protection Administration , The choice of tourism is more clear: to return to simplicity, not gorgeous; to win with the environment, not instant success; to eco-tourism, not to destroy tourism. Under the new situation, how to get a win-win situation between environment and tourism, how to promote rural construction with tourism industry and how to solve the issue of agriculture, countryside and farmers with market mechanism are all issues to be considered by the tourism industry. Our special visit to the United States has the world’s successful experience of the Nature Conservancy, through their case in China, to provide a reference for everyone.
