Objective To investigate the combined application of dezocine and remifentanil in painless abortion. Methods 300 cases of early pregnancy were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups. Dezocine 0.1 mg / kg in group D, remifentanil 1.5 μg / kg in group F, dezocine 0.05 mg / kg in DF group and remifentanil 0.75 μg / kg in DF group. Observe the changes of SBP, DBP, HR and SPO2 in each anesthesia period, as well as the recovery time, respiratory depression and so on. Results SBP and DBP decreased in dilation in group 1, and there was significant difference between group D and group F and group DF (P <0.05). When dilation, HR and SPO2 in group F were significantly lower than those in group D and DF , The difference was statistically significant; 2 F group and DF group awake time, departure time and the dosage of propofol significantly reduced compared with the D group, the difference was statistically significant; intraoperative respiratory depression, D group, DF group and F The difference was statistically significant; 3 the effect of anesthesia, the incidence of excellent and poor in F group and DF group compared with the D group, the difference was statistically significant; 4 postoperative VAS score, D group and DF group Scores and F group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The combination of dezocine and remifentanil not only reduces the total dosage of propofol, but also has the exact effect of intraoperative and postoperative analgesia, shortens the recovery and departure time, reduces the toxic and side effects, and increases the patients ’and patients’ Satisfaction.
