1985年在日本由饭塚等首次报告用冷冻保存精子人工授精分娩成功以来,至今已有300多例应用本法在非配偶间人工授精(AID)获得成功。其详细随访结果,不论在妊娠经过、流产率、出生时体重、性别等,同自然妊娠相比没有差别。至于小儿发育如体重、身长、胸围均较标准曲线为高;其智力发育的 DQ(发育商数),IQ(智商)还比一般儿童高些。这些都证实精子冷冻保存对精子并无影响,今后的问题在于如何提高其妊娠率。人精子冷冻保存是将精子与以卵黄、甘油为主的防冻剂(精子保存液)混合后直接低温冷冻(-76℃),放入液氮保存器内或用程序冷冻使之冻结。精子冷冻
