对36例子宫内股异位症（EndomtrisisEMS）患者的外周血及腹腔液进行了sIL－2R、TNF－α及T细胞亚群的检测，与对照组相比，EMS患者sIL－2R、TNF－α水平明显升高（P＜0.01）。T细胞亚群CD4+及CD4+／CDS+比值明显升高（P＜0.01）。实验结果显示EMS患者免疫调节功能紊乱。
The levels of sIL-2R, TNF-α and T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood and peritoneal fluid of 36 patients with endometriosis (Endomtrisis EMS) were measured. Compared with the control group, sIL-2R and TNF-α The level was significantly higher (P <0.01). T cell subsets CD4 + and CD4 + / CDS + ratio was significantly increased (P <0.01). Experimental results show immune dysfunction in patients with EMS.
