本实验将妊娠14天的SD大鼠胚胎视网膜移植至新生第一天大鼠的中脑(宿主鼠),摘除宿主鼠的右眼,存活四周后,用FDS蛋白免疫组化方法观察移植视网膜与脑的功能联系.本实验设实验组及对照组,实验组(6只),接受光刺激前三天摘除宿主鼠左眼,闪烁光反复刺激移植视网膜部位一小时,停止刺激二小时后,灌注固定取材.对照组SD大鼠与宿主鼠龄相同,分摘除右眼组(3只)、摘除左眼组(3只)和摘除双眼组(3只),其实验条件与实验组相同.结果显示正常对照组摘除右眼组及摘除左眼组的大鼠均在对侧上丘出现明显的c-fos表达;摘除双眼组大鼠上丘末见阳性结果.宿主鼠
