采用醇提法提取锦灯笼宿萼中的有效成分。考察影响提取率的各个因素,如乙醇体积分数,提取时间,提取温度和料液比等因素,通过正交试验确定提取锦灯笼宿萼提取物的最佳工艺条件。即浸提乙醇体积分数90%,提取时间为3h,提取料液比为1∶30,提取温度为90℃。此条件下宿萼提取物产率可达3.03%。锦灯笼宿萼提取物对大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、酿酒酵母以及根霉无明显抑制作用,对于金黄色葡萄球菌和链球菌的抑菌效果佳。对各测试菌株的最低抑制浓度分别为:金黄色葡萄球菌50mg/mL,枯草芽孢杆菌200mg/mL,蜡样芽胞杆菌200mg/mL,链球菌25mg/mL,毛霉400μg/mL。
Extract the active ingredients of Jin lantern calyx with alcohol extraction. Factors influencing the extraction rate, such as ethanol volume fraction, extraction time, extraction temperature and the ratio of solid to liquid, were investigated. The optimum conditions for extracting extracts from C. lanuginosa were determined by orthogonal test. The extraction of ethanol volume fraction of 90%, extraction time was 3h, the extraction ratio of 1:30, the extraction temperature was 90 ℃. Under this condition, the yield of calyx extract reached 3.03%. Jin lantern calyx extract on Escherichia coli, Candida albicans, Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Rhizopus no significant inhibitory effect against Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus antibacterial effect. The minimum inhibitory concentrations of the tested strains were: Staphylococcus aureus 50mg / mL, Bacillus subtilis 200mg / mL, Bacillus cereus 200mg / mL, Streptococcus 25mg / mL, Mucor 400μg / mL.
