给出了机、电封闭兼用式传动试验台电气控制的原理及系统构成。该系统由变速驱动控制器、电动机、发电机、逆变器及微机组成。能同时应用于电封闭式传动试验台,该试验台通过微机对系统进行实时监测和转速、扭矩控制,并能模拟试件实际工况进行试验。文中给出了弱磁串调、逆变器控制原理,计算和实验数据及曲线,并分析了逆变效率及解决方案。
The principle and system constitution of the electrical control of mechanical and electric enclosed drive test bed are given. The system consists of variable speed drive controller, motor, generator, inverter and microcomputer. It can be applied to the electric enclosed transmission test bed at the same time. The test bed realizes the real-time monitoring, speed control and torque control of the system through the microcomputer and can test the actual working conditions of the test piece. The article gives the weak field series, inverter control theory, calculation and experimental data and curves, and analysis of the inverter efficiency and solutions.
