该机是测定摩擦材料在大载荷、低速下摩擦性能的新型试验机。试验状态模拟材料真实使用条件,并能测出材料的动、静摩擦系数与压力、转速、温度、介质的变化曲线及磨损量等。本文叙述了该试验机的性能、原理、特点及应用范围。着重介绍了为满足性能而采用的措施。此文还通过几种材料在该机上测试的情况,表明大载荷作用下摩擦材料的摩擦、磨损性能特点及该试验机具有良好的使用性能。图6幅,表4个。
The machine is to determine the friction material in a large load, low speed friction performance of the new testing machine. The experimental state simulates the real use conditions of the material, and can measure the dynamic and static friction coefficient and the pressure, the rotational speed, the temperature, the change curve of the medium and the wear amount of the material. This paper describes the performance of the testing machine, principles, characteristics and application range. Emphasis is given to the measures taken to meet performance. This article also through several materials tested on the aircraft, indicating that the friction material under high load friction, wear performance characteristics and the test machine has good performance.
