全省主要渔区之一的惠安县崇武镇传出喜讯:去年渔业总产量3.53吨,产值1.01亿元,分别比1987年增长15.38％和37.81％,连续10年获得增产增收。崇武镇在发展渔业生产中,坚持不断深化渔业体制改革,全镇实行股份制形式的渔船达95％以上。去年全镇9个主要渔村又相继建立渔捞公司,实行产、供、销一体化服务,大大调动了渔民生产的积极性。去年渔民劳均收入5800元,比前年增长16％。重视投入,促进产出。在国家资金紧缺的情况下,崇武镇采用多形式多渠道的措施,依靠群众集资,不断增加渔业投入,仅去年,全镇就集资3136万元,增添渔船109艘,8386吨位,为扩大作业规模,提高生产能力创造了条件。近年来钓船开拓了舟外渔场,单拖船进入了闽南、台浅渔场,扩大了生产领域。
