综合采用齿轮强度设计校核、计量检测、表面回火的浸蚀检验、宏观形貌分析以及化学成分分析、金相检验、断口微观分析、硬度测试和有效硬化层深度测量等方法,对某型大功率交流传动货运电力机车主动和从动齿轮在运行中出现的齿面剥落故障现象进行了分析。结果表明:导致齿轮齿面产生剥落、裂纹的主要原因是在齿表面相应位置存在一定程度的磨削回火烧伤,烧伤部位的组织应力和接触压力叠加,引起裂纹萌生和扩展,并造成局部剥落。
Combined with the methods of gear intensity design and verification, metrology testing, surface tempering etching test, macro-morphology analysis and chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, fracture micro analysis, hardness test and effective hardened layer depth measurement, High-power AC drive freight electric locomotive active and driven gears in the operation of flaking tooth flake phenomenon was analyzed. The results show that the main cause of spalling and cracking of gear tooth surface is that there is a certain degree of grinding and tempering burns at the corresponding position of the tooth surface. The tissue stress and contact pressure of the burn site overlap, causing crack initiation and propagation and causing local spalling .
