在油田生产过程中,注水泵的电机大多数处于恒速运行状态。为了满足注水工况的要求,通常采用离心泵节流、柱塞泵打回流的方式来调节配注量,造成了很大的电能浪费。为了解决这个问题,目前普遍采用注水泵电机变频调速的方法。对油田注水系统节能现状进行了分析,针对柱塞泵的特点,提出了变极和组合变极调速的新方法。该方法既满足了注水压力的要求,避免变频调速中变频器谐波对电网造成的污染,同时也达到了节能降耗的目的。在华北油田和冀东油田的几个泵站进行了应用试验,取得了很好的节能效果。
In the oilfield production process, most of the motor of the water pump is in constant speed operation. In order to meet the requirements of water injection conditions, usually by centrifugal pump throttling, plunger pump back flow to adjust the amount of dispensing, resulting in a great waste of electricity. In order to solve this problem, the universal method of frequency control of water pump motor is adopted. Based on the characteristics of piston pump, the new method of variable pole and combined variable pole speed control is put forward. The method not only meets the requirements of water injection pressure, but also avoids the pollution caused by the harmonic of the inverter in the frequency conversion speed regulation to the power grid, and at the same time achieves the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption. Several pumping stations in Huabei Oilfield and Jidong Oilfield have been applied and tested, and good energy-saving effects have been achieved.
