对水射流辅助激光复合多道切割Al2O3陶瓷工艺进行了实验研究,并探讨了在激光参数和水射流的其它参数一定的情况下,分析水射流速度对水射流激光复合多道切割Al2O3陶瓷切缝质量的影响.研究结果表明:Al2O3陶瓷的切缝质量随着水射流流速的增大先提高后下降,存在一个最佳的射流速度使得切缝质量最高,试验中最佳水射流速度16 m/s.“,”The process of water jet assisted muti-pass laser cutting was investigated,and discussed the effects of water jet velocity on Al2O3 ceramics by water jet assisted muti-pass laser cutting under the condition of the fixed laser parameters and other water jet parameters.The results show that when the water jet velocity increases,the cutting slot quality of Al2 O3ceramics improves before it falls,and the optimal jet speed which makes the cutting slot achieve best quality is 16 m/s.Al2O3 ceramics is studied,and carried out the experimental study of multi-pass laser cutting technology assisted with low-pressure water jet.Through the experiment,by determining the laser parameters and other parameters of water jet,only change the speed of water jet,jet velocity of water jet laser composite were analyzed multi-channel cutting quality of Al2O3 ceramics.Test results show that the cutting quality of Al2O3 ceramics with water jet velocity to raise after the first drop,there is a the best jet speed makes the cutting quality is highest,the optimum velocity is 16 m/s.
