临床检验是医院最常用的检查项目,它对疾病的诊断、治疗和预防均有重要意义,如何提高和保证临床检验的质量,是检验人员的一项重要任务。临床检验的范围很广,为逐步提高其检验质量,确保检验结果的可靠性及准确性,我们首先对白细胞计数和白细胞分类进行了初步质量调查,现将调查结果分析如下。 一、方法与条件 1.取血、推片,严格执行操作规程。 2.白细胞计数和分类按通用常规法进行。 3.标本来源由检验人员互相取血。 4.一切器皿均使用日常工作用器。
Clinical examination is the most commonly used inspection program in hospitals. It has important significance for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. How to improve and ensure the quality of clinical tests is an important task for inspectors. The scope of clinical testing is very broad. To gradually improve the quality of its tests and ensure the reliability and accuracy of test results, we first conducted a preliminary quality survey of white blood cell counts and white blood cell classifications.
