连接蛋白(Connexin Cx)基因编码装配缝隙连接通道的蛋白质,为细胞间物质交流和信息传递提供直接途径.而连接蛋白前体分子在4细胞期已经存在;表明CX基因在胚胎早期就开始表达,且表达时序和表达状态与胚胎发育、细胞分化密切相关.为了解胚胎人胎盘绒毛细胞Cx基因表达异常与胎盘发育异常的关系,本文采用Cx基因系列cDNA分子探针,通过Northern印迹法对5例正常胎盘、3例绒毛膜上皮细胞癌、2例葡萄胎及5例习惯性流产的胎盘绒毛细胞内Cx基因的表达状态进行了研究.结果显示:①在正常发育的胎盘绒毛中Cx31、Cx32、Cx40、Cx43、基因呈不同的表达状态,显示Cx基因在胎盘绒毛中的表达的多样性,说明胎盘绒毛不同细胞间在不同的通讯通道,且细胞连接蛋白基因的表达状态与绒毛细胞的分化及绒毛的发育过程基本一致;②绒毛膜上皮细胞癌Cx31、Cx43、基因不表达、而Cx32、Cx40、表达微弱;③葡萄胎中所有的Cx基因
