本文提出测定复方丁卡因注射液中盐酸麻黄碱含量的新方法。测定波长为248.5nm和312nm．平均回收率为98．87％，相对标准差为0．8％。该方法简便、快速，满足医院制剂的分析要求．
This paper presents a new method for determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in compound tetracaine injection. The measured wavelengths were 248.5 nm and 312 nm. The average recovery was 98.87% with a relative standard deviation of 0.8%. The method is simple and rapid to meet the analysis requirements of the hospital preparations.
