采用C－70培养基培养钩端螺旋体可提高钩体浓度4．5～11．6倍。参照Auran方法进行提纯，采用中空纤维超滤技术收集外膜制成外膜苗苗。接种一针（30μg）即可达到最低免疫水平，表明外膜苗有较强的免疫原性。尽管疫苗中残留微量SDS，但动物试验安全，未出现异常反应。其它检定项目结果均符合构体菌苗制检现程要求。
Culture of Leptospira using C-70 medium can increase the concentration of leptospira 4.5 ~ 11.6 times. Reference to Auran method for purification, the use of hollow fiber ultrafiltration technology to collect outer membrane made of outer membrane seedlings. Inoculation of a needle (30μg) to reach the minimum level of immunity, suggesting that the outer membrane vaccine has strong immunogenicity. Despite the presence of traces of SDS in the vaccine, the animals were tested safely and no abnormal reaction occurred. The results of other test items are in line with the current requirements of the structural bacteriology.
