In 1994, Beijing Railway Company’s 103-car fleet just turned 18-year-old conductor Ren Yanjun and Su Hongying into the party not only attracted radio and television stations and newspaper reporters, but even Vice Mayor Zhang Baifa also specifically congratulated him. Witty, funny hundred hair comrades questioned both of them, repeatedly praised with satisfaction, on the spot showing “10 points ”. Soon, two other friends of the same age, Meng Yan and Lu Dongxia, solemnly stood under the party’s banner. People can not help but ask: Today, many people blindly pursue ease and seek pleasure, when many of the same age of 17-year-old also indulge in the “star-chasing” in the ranks, why they willingly in the ordinary and Dedicated hard work on the conductor job? And why join the party as their own pursuit of life?
