近年来,图书馆学情报学刊物一稿两登的现象时有发生,这两年,发生频率更有所上升。据笔者统计,仅1989～1990年的两年中就有57篇文章分别被51种期刊重复发表(其中属于一稿被两刊同时发表的有24篇,先后发表的有33篇)。这种状况不仅造成了编辑、出版部门的重复劳动,而且给资料工作者增添了麻烦,也使读者十分反感,既有辱于作者的道德尊严,在某种程度上也损害了刊物的声誉。这一问题亟待引起广大同仁的重视,并设法予以杜绝。笔者针对这种现象,对1989～1990年一稿两登(或多登)的文章在统计的基础上进行了原因分析,并提出了几点建议,供图书馆学情报学刊物编辑部门参考。
In recent years, the phenomena of one publication and two publications in the library and information science journal have occurred from time to time. In the past two years, the frequency of occurrences has risen even more. According to the author’s statistics, 57 articles were repeatedly published by 51 journals in the two years from 1989 to 1990 (of which 24 were published concurrently in two journals and 33 were published successively). This situation not only caused duplication of work in the editing and publishing departments, but also added trouble to the data workers. It also made the readers very disgusted with both the author’s moral dignity and the publication’s reputation to a certain extent. The issue urgently needs to arouse the attention of the majority of colleagues and try to put an end to it. In response to this phenomenon, the author analyzes the reasons for the articles published in the two editions of Deng Xia (or Deng De) from 1989 to 1990 on the basis of statistics and puts forward some suggestions for the reference of editorial department of library science and information science journal.
