以宁7840和韩国品种Chokwang衍生的F10代重组近交系(RIL)群体为材料,研究拟坏死营养性症状与小麦赤霉病扩展抗性的关系。结果表明:拟坏死症状与赤霉病扩展抗性显著相关,具有坏死营养症状的RIL其病小穗率(PSS)显著低于没有该性状的株系。位于3BS上的Fhb1能够解释21%的表型变异,而拟坏死营养症状(Lesion mi mic,LM)基因对PSS的影响基本独立于Fhb1,二者没有显著的互作关系。这表明LM性状的表达具有一因多效作用,能够介导小麦的广谱抗性,对活体营养性病原菌引起的病害(如小麦锈病)和腐生营养性病原菌引起的赤霉病均有抑制作用,这类广谱基因在育种中可能具有重要的应用价值。
The relationship between the nutritional symptoms of pseudotumor necrosis and the expansion resistance of Fusarium head blight was studied using the population of F10 recombinant inbred line (RIL) derived from Chokwang of Ning 7840 and South Korea. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between pseudo-necrotic symptoms and extended resistance to scab, and the rate of spikelets (PSS) in RILs with necrotic symptoms was significantly lower than those without these traits. Fhb1 located on 3BS could explain 21% of phenotypic variation, while the effect of Lesion mi mic (LM) gene on PSS was basically independent of Fhb1, and there was no significant interaction between them. This indicates that the expression of LM has a synergistic effect due to its ability to mediate broad-spectrum resistance in wheat and the inhibition of the disease caused by living nutritive pathogens (such as wheat rust) and the scab caused by saprophytic vegetative pathogens Such broad-spectrum genes may have important application value in breeding.
