本文基于在HAc-NaAc(pH=5.0)酸性溶液中,以邻菲罗啉为活化剂,银催化过硫酸钾氧化亚甲基蓝的反应,建立了一种催化动力学光度法测定痕量银的新方法。在实验确定的最佳条件下,本方法的最低检出限为:1.12×10-6g.L-1,相对标准偏差为2.3%,测定的线性范围为(0.01~0.12mg.L-1)。该方法尝试应用于自来水中痕量银和黑白照相纸中的银的测定,结果令人满意。
In this paper, a new method for the determination of trace silver by catalytic kinetic spectrophotometry was developed based on the silver-catalyzed oxidation of methylene blue by potassium persulfate using o-phenanthroline as the activator in HAc-NaAc (pH = 5.0) . Under the optimal experimental conditions, the detection limit of this method was 1.12 × 10-6g.L-1, the relative standard deviation was 2.3%, and the linear range was 0.01 ~ 0.12mg.L-1. . The method is intended for the determination of silver in trace silver and black and white photographic paper in tap water and the results are satisfactory.
