蕨麻,又名“人参果”,为蔷薇科植物鹅绒萎陵莱(PotentillaanserinaL)的干燥根块,分布于我省广大地区,可“健脾益胃,生津止渴,益气补血”[1]。做为一种药食两用品,其维生素、氨基酸、糖类等营养成分未见报道,故对以上项目及一般营养成分进行了测定分析。材料和方法1材料:
Fern, also known as “ginseng fruit,” is a dry root block of the Rosaceae plant PotentillaanserinaL, distributed in vast areas of our province, and can “invigorate the spleen and stomach, thirst, Qi and blood ”[1]. As a medicine and food product, vitamins, amino acids, carbohydrates and other nutrients have not been reported, so the above items and general nutrients were measured and analyzed. Materials and Methods 1 Materials:
