目的:探索固本化痰定眩方治疗实验性痰浊眩晕家兔的作用机制。方法:将40只家兔分为正常组、模型组、固高组、固低组、西药组5组。高脂饮食喂养结合左侧颈椎旁硬化剂注射的方法制作痰浊眩晕家兔模型。分别检测血脂、椎动脉组织病理学、眼震持续时间及椎-基底动脉血流速度变化。结果:与模型组相比较,固本化痰定眩方高、低剂量组均能降低家兔血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平(P<0.01);固本化痰定眩方高剂量组能减轻椎动脉病理学改变,延长眼震持续时间(P<0.05),明显改善椎-基底动脉血流速度。结论:调节血脂代谢,延缓动脉粥样硬化(AS)的发展,改善椎-基底动脉系统血供,增加前庭敏感性是固本化痰定眩方治疗眩晕的可能机制。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of Guben Huatan Dingji Decoction in treating experimental phlegm stunned rabbits. Methods: 40 rabbits were divided into normal group, model group, Gugao group, Gugao group and western medicine group. High-fat diet feeding combined with left paravertebral sclerotherapy injection method for making phlegm stunned rabbit model. Blood lipids, histopathology of vertebral arteries, duration of nystagmus and changes of vertebrobasilar velocity were detected. Results: Compared with the model group, Guben Huatan Duan Fang Duan Fang high and low dose groups can reduce the serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) (P <0.01). The Guben Huatan Duan Fang high dose group could reduce the pathological changes of vertebral artery, prolong the duration of nystagmus (P <0.05) and significantly improve the vertebrobasilar velocity. Conclusion: Regulating blood lipid metabolism, delaying the development of atherosclerosis (AS), improving the blood supply of vertebrobasilar artery system and increasing the vestibular sensitivity are the possible mechanisms of Guben Huatan Duan Defing prescription in treating vertigo.
