胰岛素样生长因子-2、血管内皮生长因子受体-2、血小板源生长因子受体和类肝素酶-1在肾上腺皮质癌中的表达及其意义

目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子-2(IGF-2)、血管内皮生长因子受体-2(VEGFR-2)、血小板源生长因子受体(PDGFR)和类肝素酶-1(HPA)在肾上腺皮质癌(ACC)中的表达及其临床意义。方法选取经手术治疗且具有完整的临床、病理资料的肾上腺皮质肿瘤存档石蜡标本37例,其中良性组20例,恶性组(ACC组)17例。采用免疫组化技术检测良、恶性肾上腺皮质肿瘤中IGF-2、VEGFR-2、PDGFR和HPA的表达情况。结果 IGF-2在ACC组中呈高表达(76.47%),在良性组中表达低(5.00%),ACC组与良性组之间IGF-2的表达有极显著性差异(P<0.01);VEGFR-2在ACC组中呈高表达(76.47%),在良性组中表达较低(25.00%),ACC组与良性组之间VEGFR-2的表达有显著性差异(P<0.05);PDGFR在ACC组中表达的阳性率为(17.64%),在良性组中为(20.00%),PDGFR在ACC组中的表达与在良性组中的表达无显著性差异(P>0.05)。HPA在ACC组中的表达为(94.12%),良性组中为(15.00%),两者之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 IGF-2、VEGFR-2和HPA在ACC中的高表达为抗肿瘤血管生成治疗在ACC中的应用,提供了相应的理论依据。 Objective To investigate the role of insulin-like growth factor-2 (IGF-2), vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2 (VEGFR-2), platelet derived growth factor receptor (PDGFR) and heparanase- Expression of cancer and its clinical significance. Methods Thirty-seven paraffin-embedded specimens of adrenal cortex with complete clinical and pathological data were selected. Among them, 20 cases were benign and 17 cases were malignant (ACC). Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of IGF-2, VEGFR-2, PDGFR and HPA in benign and malignant adrenocortical tumors. Results IGF - 2 was highly expressed in ACC group (76.47%) and low (5.00%) in benign group, and there was significant difference in IGF - 2 expression between ACC group and benign group (P <0.01). VEGFR-2 was highly expressed in ACC group (76.47%), lower in benign group (25.00%), VEGFR-2 expression was significantly different between ACC group and benign group (P <0.05) The expression of PDGFR in ACC group was significantly higher than that in benign group (17.64%) and benign group (20.00%). There was no significant difference in the expression of PDGFR between ACC group and benign group (P> 0.05). The expression of HPA was 94.12% in ACC group and 15.00% in benign group, there was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The high expression of IGF-2, VEGFR-2 and HPA in ACC may provide a theoretical basis for the application of antitumor angiogenesis in ACC.
