1987年3月～1988年3月,我们与本院耳鼻喉科合作,治愈被长期误诊的小儿慢性鼻窦炎患者9例,现报告如下。误诊为脑水肿1例:男,11岁。头晕、恶心反复发作3年余,久治无效。继之出现精神萎靡,反应迟钝。头部CT平扫见两侧脑室变窄,脑密度不甚均匀,中线结构不偏移。诊为脑水肿。治疗两个月仍无效。于1988年3月来我科就诊。眼底检查(一),太阳穴加压试验(一),脑脊液检验正常、压力测定正常,奎根氏试验(+)。在查体中唯见患儿左鼻道有
