家校之间的教育合作问题,是我国基础教育转型发展的一个重要命题,更是当前教育改革的一个热门话题。随着我国基础教育改革发展的不断深入,学校如何突破“孤岛”现状?家长、社会对当前教育的诸多误解如何消除?家长日益高涨的教育参与愿望如何转化为办学发展的正能量?如何合理开发家庭、社会的教育资源从而提升教育实效?一系列问题引起政府及有关领导的高度重视。家与校之间诸多教育发展中的“新思想、新认识、新现象”正成为一个个难题拷问着我们的基础教育,成为基础教育转型发展的一大瓶颈。上海市长宁区教育系统在凝聚了十年“三位一体”教育探索的基础上,针对当前家校之间的“特殊关系”和发展难题,探索以“长宁区家校协作委员会”(简称“家协会”)整合家校教育资源,突破办学改革中的难点和瓶颈,切实拓宽了基础教育的发展通道。近日,本刊就此话题采访了长宁区教育党工委书记陈设立。
The issue of education cooperation between home and school is an important proposition for the transformation and development of basic education in our country and is a hot topic in current education reform. With the continuous deepening of the reform and development of basic education in our country, how can schools break through the current situation of “isolated islands”? How can parents and society eliminate many misconceptions about current education? How can parents’ growing desire for educational participation be converted into positive energy for school development? Reasonable development of family, social education resources to enhance the effectiveness of education? A series of problems caused by the government and the leaders attach great importance. Many “new ideas, new understandings and new phenomena” in the educational development between home and school are becoming a problem that torture our basic education and become a major bottleneck in the transformation and development of basic education. On the basis of a decade of “three in one” educational exploration, the educational system of Changning District of Shanghai, in view of the current “special relationship ” and development problems between home and school, explores the “Changning District School and School Cooperation Committee ”(Referred to as “ home association ”) integration of educational resources at home and home, breaking the difficulties and bottlenecks in the reform of the school, and earnestly broadening the channel for the development of basic education. Recently, this issue interviewed Changning District Education Party Secretary Chen set up on this topic.
