绩效管理属人力资源管理中的重要构成部分,在医院的战略目标实现和愿景规划过程中,起着关键性作用。随着新医改逐渐深入到我国医院的人力资源管理中,多数医院在绩效管理成果方面取得了一定程度的发展。但从医院人力资源管理的整体情况来看,新医改背景下医院的绩效管理仍存在很多问题。本文主要结合医院在新医改背景下的现状,对我国医院的绩效管理问题进行分析,并探讨解决医院绩效管理问题的有效策略。
Performance management is an important part of human resource management and plays a key role in the realization of the hospital’s strategic goals and vision planning. With the new medical reform gradually deepening into the human resources management of our hospital, most hospitals have achieved certain degree of development in the achievement of performance management. However, from the overall situation of hospital human resource management, there are still many problems in the performance management of hospitals under the background of new medical reform. Based on the current situation of the hospital in the background of new medical reform, this paper analyzes the performance management of hospitals in our country and discusses the effective strategies to solve the problem of hospital performance management.
