同步器是汽车手动变速器的必备部件,研究同步器优化设计可以为同步器的设计提供参考。基于摩擦学原理和Majundar-Bhushan分形理论,建立了同步器锁环接触磨损的数学模型和以同步器寿命为目标的优化数学模型。利用自适应粒子群算法进行求解,优化后比优化前的同步器寿命有了较大幅度提高。
The synchronizer is an essential part of the automobile manual transmission. The research on synchronizer optimization design can provide reference for the design of the synchronizer. Based on the tribological theory and the Majundar-Bhushan fractal theory, the mathematical model of the contact wear of the synchronizer lock ring and the optimization mathematical model aiming at the life of the synchronizer are established. Using adaptive particle swarm optimization, the life span of the synchronizer before optimization is greatly improved.
