根据近几年对军民合用机场开展验收监测的实际情况及经验,从机场噪声环境影响预测、验收监测等方面,探讨我国军民合用机场噪声监测技术存在的主要问题和发展方向,认为按一周L_(WECPN)评价并不能完全反映军用飞机噪声的环境影响,建议增加L_(Amax)评价指标,并制定适用于军民合用机场的环评导则和验收技术规范,同时对加强军民合用机场噪声预测监测及治理工作给出了对策建议。
According to the actual situation and experience of carrying out inspection and acceptance monitoring of military and civilian airports in recent years, this paper discusses the main problems and development direction of noise monitoring technology in China’s military and civilian airports from the aspects of airport noise environmental impact prediction and acceptance monitoring. According to one week L_ ( WECPN) evaluation does not fully reflect the environmental impact of military aircraft noise. It is suggested that the evaluation index of Amax should be increased and the EIA guidelines and acceptance technical specifications applicable to military and civilian airports should be formulated. At the same time, Work has given countermeasures.
