我厂生产3系列齿轮泵已有十几年历史。在长期的生产实践中,我们发现一个现象:根据同一图纸,在相同的工艺条件下,用同一批合格零件在相同条件下装配,其结果是产品性能指标差别很大。有的客积效率高达99%,而有的则在85%以下。我们知道:容积效率的高低取决于泵的内泄漏的大小。在输出压力和油液粘度相同的条件下,内泄漏的大小则主要取决于各配合面的间隙。那么,究竟是什么原因造成泵的配合间隙不一样,从而影响容积效率呢?

In the long-term production practice, we found a phenomenon: according to the same drawing, under the same process conditions, the same batch of qualified parts assembled under the same conditions, the result is the product performance indicators vary widely. Some of the passenger efficiency of up to 99%, while others are below 85%. We know that the volumetric efficiency depends on the size of the pump’s internal leakage. Under the condition of the same output pressure and oil viscosity, the size of internal leakage mainly depends on the clearance of each mating surface.
