确定颌位关系是全口义齿修复成败的关键之一,也是无牙颌修复的重要临床步骤。临床医师必须力求正确的颌位关系记录。为此,笔者从1980年3月～1987年3月,对80例患者采用简单易行的咬合法确定颌位关系,以面部外形观察法判断垂直距离的正确性,以颞肌扪诊法判断正中关系的正确性,取得良好效果。具体方法如下。
