黄藤素(Fibrauretinum;Palmatine)是从黄藤(Fibraurea recisa Pierre.)的根或茎中得到的一种黄色结晶性生物碱,有抗菌消炎作用,已收入中国药典1977年版一部。黄藤素经氢化即得延胡索乙素(以下简称乙素)。我厂对黄藤素的提取、氢化和延胡索乙素的精制的生产工艺有所改进,今简介如下。一、提取:原有的方法是用酸浸出,盐析并加碱沉淀,乙醇精制。我们发现黄藤的酸性浸出液中,加碱不加盐不能使黄藤素析出,加盐不加碱却能使黄藤素析出。加盐后加碱或不加碱其收率基本相同。但不加碱黄藤素下沉速
Fibrauretinum (Palmatine) is a yellow crystalline alkaloid obtained from the root or stem of Fibraurea recisa Pierre. It has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects and has been included in the 1977 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Yellow rattan primed tetrahydropalmatine (hereinafter referred to as B). Our factory has improved the production process of extraction, hydrogenation of Rhizoma Corydalis, and refined production of Tetrahydropalmatine. This brief introduction is as follows. First, extraction: the original method is to use acid leaching, salt precipitation and alkali precipitation, ethanol refining. We found that in the acidic leachate of yellow rattan, adding alkali without salt can not make the yellow rattan precipitation, and adding salt without alkali can make the yellow rattan precipitation. After adding salt, adding alkali or not adding alkali has basically the same yield. But do not increase the rate of sinking
