当前我国改革的浪潮在各行各业中开展得如火如荼,事业单位的聘用制度改革也在全国改革大潮下进一步进行。人力资源激励机制是事业单位为了快速发展,提高工作效率而实施的制度。激励机制能为事业单位引进和筛选合格人才,培养和发现优秀人才,促进单位的长久发展。基于此,分析现阶段事业单位聘用制度存在的问题并提出解决办法,以期提高员工的工作积极性和创造能力。
At present, the wave of the reform in our country is in full swing in all trades and industries. The reform of the employment system in public institutions has also been carried out under the tide of nationwide reform. Incentive mechanism for human resources is to institutions to implement rapid development and improve efficiency of the system. Incentive mechanism for institutions to introduce and screening qualified personnel, training and discovery of talented people, and promote the long-term development of the unit. Based on this, this paper analyzes the existing problems in employment system of institutions and proposes solutions, with a view to enhancing staff’s enthusiasm for work and creativity.
