直流弧焊机长期使用后,炭刷会把换向器磨出沟槽。修复时,需将焊机转子抽出,车去沟槽。这样,工作量大,修理周期长,而且加工后同心度难以保证,使焊机运转时炭刷跳动而加速换向器的磨损和影响正常发电。为了解决这一难题,我们采用了如下整体修复方法。修理方法:以焊机自转为切削动力,焊机自身原有旋转轴为基准(见图示),从而达到了整体加工和保证同心度目的。首先取下焊机两端防尘罩和炭刷防尘
