手辅助腹腔镜手术 (HALS)技术拓宽了标准腹腔镜的应用领域 ,尤其有益于泌尿科腹腔镜医生实施肾脏手术。手辅助法缩短了腹腔镜肾切除术的学习曲线 ,为有经验的腹腔镜医师提供了一种可供选择的方案。适用于所有要求完整取出标本的手术 ,如活体供肾切除、根治性肾输尿管切除和根治性肾切除等。近期结果表明 ,与标准腹腔镜手术相比 ,手术时间缩短 ,术后恢复基本一致
Hand Assisted Laparoscopic Surgery (HALS) technology broadens the scope of standard laparoscopy applications and is particularly beneficial for urology laparoscopists performing kidney surgery. The hand-assisted approach shortens the learning curve of laparoscopic nephrectomy and offers an experienced alternative to laparoscopists. Suitable for all operations requiring complete specimen removal, such as living donor nephrectomy, radical nephroureterectomy and radical nephrectomy. Recent results show that, compared with standard laparoscopic surgery, the operation time is shortened, postoperative recovery is basically the same
