一、水箱散热管堵塞引起水温过高当水箱散热管被水垢及污物堵塞后,冷却水通过时阻力增大,使循环水量减少影响散热效果,造成水温过高以至“开锅”。散热管堵塞可由下述现象判断:当油门加大时,由于水泵转速增高,抽水能力强,将水箱上室的水强制吸到下室然后进入水泵,从而水箱水位降低;当油门减小时,已循环到水箱上室的水,不能畅通流入下室而使水位增高,并从水箱口溢出;另外,当发动机熄火后,水箱里有“咕噜—咕噜”的响声。此时应拆下水箱芯,彻底清除散热管中的水垢和污物。为了防止散热管堵塞,可将散热扁管的上端开口处用手钳稍微夹扁一些(缩小约三分之一),这样能进入散热管里的水垢将不易卡在管内,避免堵塞。时
