目的：提高经腹B型超声对于异位妊娠的诊断符合率。材料与方法：总结B型超声对于异位妊娠的误诊及漏诊病例，分析其中的原因，总结经验。结果：9年来83例异位妊娠诊断的病历中，共有5例误诊，15例漏诊，误诊及漏诊的病种多种多样。结论：根据现有经验；提出了异位妊娠经腹B超声像图的4个基本类型。
Objective: To improve the diagnostic accuracy of transabdominal B-mode ultrasound for ectopic pregnancy. Materials and Methods: To summarize the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy by B-mode ultrasound, analyze the causes and summarize the experience. Results: Of the 83 cases diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy in 9 years, 5 cases were misdiagnosed and 15 cases were misdiagnosed, misdiagnosed and missed. CONCLUSIONS: Based on current experience, four basic types of transabdominal B-ultrasound imaging of ectopic pregnancy have been proposed.
